Twenty-two years of tunnel development for national and international operators, weighted toward gold and silver. We pair a hard safety culture with modern equipment and a maintenance discipline that keeps advance rates predictable month after month.

About us
S.02 Our services

Leveraging deep geological insight and disciplined engineering, we work alongside operators to turn raw ground into dependable production.

Engineering

We design and plan safe, efficient underground infrastructure, shaped to the geology and the operating window of each project.

Ground Support & Fortification

We stabilise underground workings with bolts, mesh, shotcrete and steel sets wherever the ground is fractured or high risk.

Development

We drive ramps, cross-cuts and access headings on line and on grade, with controlled drilling, blasting and mucking cycles.

Production

We extract mineralised material through stoping methods tuned for throughput, dilution control and the safety of the crew.

Hauling

We move ore and waste with scooptrams and low-profile trucks on haulage plans built around cycle time and ventilation.

S.04 Safety policy

At Subterra we hold that every incident and occupational illness is foreseeable, and we direct our decisions and our daily practice toward protecting the people and the assets in our care.

To that end we commit to giving every collaborator a workplace that is safe, healthy and audited against the standard we set ourselves.

S.05 Technology

Our underground fleet runs to more than 400 specialised machines across every key mining category. Each unit is chosen for durability, serviceability and control in confined, high-consequence ground.

Over 400 machines

for underground performance
A tracked excavator working broken rock
Tracked Excavator Digs, trims and loads through rock and broken ground.
A wheel loader lifting a full bucket
Wheel Loader High tramming capacity for loading and hauling muck.
A track dozer pushing material
Track Dozer Pushes, rips and grades stockpiles and haul roads.
A rigid haul truck on a mine bench
Haul Truck Moves ore and waste from the face to the stockpile.
A drill rig mast against open sky
Drill Rig Drills blast holes and exploration cores to plan.
A bucket-wheel excavator at a mine face
Bucket-Wheel Excavator Continuous digging where the ground allows the scale.

We run leading brands across the fleet and maintain them in house, so uptime holds where the schedule is decided.
